usually always buy the piece of pork without bone ... then one day I saw the recipe Lory's blog Lory B. Bistros and I loved it ... so I bought it, but do not have time to cook I congelato.L 'other day it occurred to me and I took it out ... it was Saturday evening , I said "I do not have the recipe Lory, I'll think of something tomorrow !"... so I cooked on Sunday inspired the recipe ... I had not the dried tomatoes and I used the simple past tomatoes ... not the same thing, but divine!

ingredients:
about 1.5 kg of pork loin

tomato sauce to taste

thyme oregano
pepper 1 / 2 cup of stock, salt
