Una ricetta presa da un vecchio numero di "Cucinare bene"...un modo diverso di cucinare il fegato!
ingredienti:
a slice of liver per person
flour taste
butter to taste extra virgin olive oil to taste
a clove of garlic, parsley
a lemon salt
First Squeeze the lemon juice and transfer to a ciotolina.Tritare parsley very fine and add the lemon with a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
Melt butter and oil in a pan with a clove of garlic (then delete), go to the liver in the flour and let cook for a few minutes on both sides with salt, cover with a lid and cook.
When cooking is completed to add the sauce of lemon and parsley, cover again, let stand 5 minutes and then serve.
